Reminders and due dates

Use an element with which to make a visual and personal reference to your recipient.

You can use an object, image, or even place their name on a blackboard. If that element has to do with the reminder to be made, all the better.

Close in and empathize with your recipient by highlighting some element of the present or past that relates to the due date.

If, for example, it relates to the renewal of a service that has been consuming, you can highlight the time you have spent together and the rewards it has reaped.

Make a clear and direct reference to the time remaining before the due date or subscription-end that you want to inform about. Highlight the pros and cons associated with that due date if needed.

If possible, refer to a link from which you can complete the necessary actions to resolve the expiring situation: extend a subscription, take advantage of a commercial offer, share the end-of-project document, publish a deliverable...

You can even include links from which to access additional information that will help your recipient to take the step.
